We like to keep things simple, see how we process your repair.

CHOOSE YOUR REPAIR OPTION

We accept drop off, call out or mail in repairs. We don't require bookings or appointments for drop off repairs, however if you'd like to save 5% on your repair you can book online. Mail in repairs require a booking.

DIAGNOSIS

Once we recieve your device, we'll quickly diagnose or confirm the fault you have chosen. We'll then contact you to confirm the quote for repair.

REPAIR

If you're happy with the quote we'll then proceed with the repair. If not you can collect your device with no inspection fee. If your device needs posting back there will just be a charge to cover return postage.

RETURN

Finally, once your repair has been completed we'll fully test your device to ensure your problem has been solved.

We'll then contact you to let you know your device is ready to collect. Or if you've mailed your device in we'll return your device with a secure delivery service usually the same day.
