HOW LONG DOES THE EXPRESS MAIL-IN SERVICE REPAIR TAKE?
The vast majority of our express mail repairs are completed the day that we receive your device. We then immediately return your device. This means that your device is usually away from you for just 24–48 hours.
As soon as we receive your device, we'll notify you via email. Once your device is repaired and on its way back to you, we'll send you another email with the Royal Mail tracking details. We use Royal Mail's "Special Delivery Next Day" service, which guarantees the return of your device to you by 1pm the following day (due to uneven Saturday deliveries, devices posted on Friday may reach you on Monday).
Sometimes due to the nature of a repair or circumstances out of our control, we may take a little longer. If this is the case, we will keep you informed of your order status via email. Your order has a unique reference number which you can quote at any time for an update.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE POSTAGE?
Yes – it includes postage from us to you. Our prices include the cost of our postage to you via Royal Mail "Delivery Next Day", which insures your device for up to £500 and guarantees delivery to you by 1pm the following day.

These days there are various qualities of iPhone replacement parts on the market. We make sure that we use the highest quality parts available. iCrack is the alternative repair service to Apple and it's subsidiary suppliers. We are an express service that utilises the highest quality parts that are quality controlled.
We do not use parts direct from the manufacturer, nor does any repair company who are not authorised by Apple as Apple don’t sell genuine parts to third party companies. Instead we use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and replacement parts.

Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, it is always recommended that you back-up your device and reset back to the factory settings before hand for security purposes.
In order to fully complete our pre and post-repair test to make sure everything is working we would need your device password. Keeping in line with our data protection policy we will not access any of the personal data on your device.
We do not need your contact details to carry out your repair, just your device password. We would, however, use your contact details to call you when your device is fixed and ready for pickup.
