Is your iPhone 6S not charging or the charging port charges only at certain angles when you move the cable, it is probably the charging port problem. We will replace the Dock Connector / Charging Port on your iPhone.

This repair takes only 30 minutes with Walk-in service.
If you chose the "Mail-In" option, once in our hands, we have it repaired and headed back to you in less than 24 hours!

Before we proceed with replacing it, we will test it first to make sure that replacing the charging port will solve all related problem and then replace the lower dock connector with a new original part.

Repairs are completed and posted back via Royal Mail the same day we receive them.

These days there are various qualities of iPhone replacement parts on the market. We make sure that we use the highest quality parts available. You may be able to find other iPhone repair companies, which can provide repairs using cheaper lower quality parts. These parts will be poor copies, will fail prematurely and will never be as good as the original ones. We only use Original Quality Parts.

Our UK-wide express Mail-in service is very straightforward and the whole process normally takes just 24–48 hours. You simply select your repair and pay for it on our website. Then, send us your device and we send it back fully repaired. In the vast majority of cases, we repair and return your device the day that we receive it. We use Royal Mail "Special Delivery Next Day", which is fully insured.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPRESS MAIL-IN SERVICE REPAIR TAKE?

The vast majority of our express mail repairs are completed the day that we receive your device. We then immediately return your device. This means that your device is usually away from you for just 24–48 hours.

As soon as we receive your device, we'll notify you via email. Once your device is repaired and on its way back to you, we'll send you another email with the Royal Mail tracking details. We use Royal Mail's "Special Delivery Next Day" service, which guarantees the return of your device to you by 1pm the following day (due to uneven Saturday deliveries, devices posted on Friday may reach you on Monday).

Sometimes due to the nature of a repair or circumstances out of our control, we may take a little longer. If this is the case, we will keep you informed of your order status via email. Your order has a unique reference number which you can quote at any time for an update.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE POSTAGE?

Yes – it includes postage from us to you. Our prices include the cost of our postage to you via Royal Mail "Special Delivery Next Day", which insures your device for up to £500 and guarantees delivery to you by 1pm the following day.

iCrack is the alternative repair service to Apple and it's subsidiary suppliers. We are an express service that utilises the highest quality parts that are quality controlled.

We do not use parts direct from the manufacturer, nor does any repair company who are not authorised by Apple as Apple don’t sell genuine parts to third party companies. Instead we use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and replacement parts.

Unlike some other repair shops at iCrack we don’t cut corners. We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and replacement parts which come with warranty, and all repairs are carried out by a fully trained and experienced repair technician.

If we carry out a full diagnostic into the issue affecting your device, we will charge a flat rate of £24.99. This cost covers the time invested by our experienced repair technicians and is included in the cost of any repairs we carry out.

Like most third-party repair services, use of our service can void your manufacturer’s warranty. The good news is we provide our own warranty for all our repairs! For more details please click here.

Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, it is always recommended that you back-up your device and reset back to the factory settings before hand for security purposes.

In order to fully complete our pre and post-repair test to make sure everything is working we would need your device password. Keeping in line with our data protection policy we will not access any of the personal data on your device.

We do not need your contact details to carry out your repair, just your device password. We would, however, use your contact details to call you when your device is fixed and ready for pickup.

Yes our experienced technicians are able to work on a wide range of devices, however we will only take on a repair task that we are confident we can successfully complete. Please get in touch with us if you cannot see your device and issue listed.
